Experimental design and analysis of single-cell RNA-seq experiments
Single-cell RNA-sequencing (scRNA-seq) has emerged as a revolutionary tool that allows us to address scientific questions that were elusive just a few years ago. With the advantages of scRNA-seq come computational challenges that are just beginning to be addressed. In this talk, I will review methods my group has developed for normalization and analysis of scRNA-seq data.
All qBio sponsored talks take place on Wednesdays at 2:00 p.m. in the 3rd floor Orchard View room of the Discovery Building unless otherwise noted. Talks are open to the public. Access to the room is via the elevator behind Aldo’s Cafe in the Northeast corner of the building.
