Ben Grindel grew up in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. He enjoys exploring the outdoors through hikes and cross-country skiing as well as spending time with friends.

Research Description

Use qPCR to analyze concentrations of CAR T-cell samples by comparing amplification Ct values of CAR primers against Ct amplification values of GAPDH primers. Also use PCR to amplify and analyze cDNA samples to then use in qPCR.
