Research Description

Michelle Marji investigates physical and movement based elements of social psychology—namely bodily movement through space and interpersonal synchrony—while exploring the intersections between movement, emotion, and issues of equity and social justice. Marji also works with big data and is interested in answering questions about emotion based language use on social media platforms.
