I am a natural products chemist with expertise in biosynthetic pathways, structure–activity relationships (SAR), and the discovery of bioactive natural products. My research has focused on microbial, marine, and fungal systems, leading to the identification and characterization of novel secondary metabolites with therapeutic potential. Throughout my career, I have investigated natural product biosynthesis, microbial biotransformation, fungal secondary metabolism, and chemical diversity to better understand the biological functions and pharmaceutical applications of natural products. My interests lie in integrating natural product chemistry, biosynthetic studies, and drug discovery to uncover new therapeutic leads.
