“Waking up the lab” going in with the light off (low lighting).

The building feels empty.

How can you tell if your work is going well?

If the controls are looking like we expect them to look like.

What tells you it’s not going as expected? What do you do when that happens?

If my bacteria didn’t grow or the incubators are at the wrong temperature. Try to figure out what’s the root cause and start all over again
