Examining the association between transposable element expression and various rejuvenated states and age groups of isolated mouse dermal fibroblasts on a single-cell level with the future aim of finding the causal relationship of transposable elements on aging.
I am a student at the University of Wisconsin-Madison in the Molecular and Cell Biology and Data Science programs, and am passionate about cognitive nutrition, the microbiome, and cellular neuroscience. Specifically, I am interested in computational biology and biotechnology R&D opportunities.
