Core times of the day when I get to interact with my workers, get lunch with them and indulge in science/ enjoy the snacks I’ve prepared the day before and brought to work

How can you tell if your work is going well?

I smile and I feel content.

What tells you it’s not going as expected? What do you do when that happens?

I let myself feel, take a deep breath and meditate if possible. Then I analyze the situation objectively, focusing on maintaining a positive attitude and viewing it as an opportunity to learn and grow. Finally, I let go of what I can’t control.
