How can you tell if your work is going well?
We have different indicators during our experiments that allow us to know if we are ready to move to next step.
What tells you it’s not going as expected? What do you do when that happens?
For example, if I’m preparing for NGS (next generation sequencing), different gelatin can show me if I have the right products. If I’m seeing more than one I can tweak PCR (polymerase chain reaction) or clean bands.
