Indigenous Language Table
Located in the ID Hub, Rm 1145. A Indigenous Language Table is designed to enable language learners to develop spoken language skills outside of the classroom, build community, strengthen language purpose, and normalize indigenous language with representation. Hosted by Enwejig and the Illuminating Discovery invite students, including former students and indigenous language learners who want to develop their skills, & members of the at-large community. Featuring Dr Gianchandani, Assistant Director of NSF Directorate for TIP. In a fireside chat on March 23, 2023, Dr. Erwin Gianchandani will share insight on the newly-formed Directorate for Technology, Innovation and Partnerships (TIP) within the National Science Foundation. TIP advances use-inspired and translational research. The College of Letters & Science invites faculty and researchers to attend the event in the Discovery’s Building’s DeLuca Forum or virtually.
