"Building Social Capital through 4-H and other Youth Programs" Wisconsin Science Festival Badger Talk

Presenter: Neil Klemme. This is a free, in-person event hosted on October 16, 2023 at 6:00 PM by the Lakeview Community Library as a part of the Wisconsin Science Festival. No registration is necessary to attend.
This presentation makes the case for youth development programs such as 4-H that help young people build social capital that makes them able to get things done in their communities.
