About
I am an Undergraduate researcher working under Harshini Cormaty in the Shridharan Lab. I will be helping and learning about the role the erasers for H3K9me2 (KDM3A/KDM3B) play in PGCs generated through mouse embryonic stem cells (ESCs) with an inducible protein degradation tag for KDM3A/KDM3B. I will be doing cell culture, PCR, RNA extraction, dishwashing, Autoclaving and helping my mentor Harshini with other requirements needed.
